The only thing I would add is the 99' RS does not have pre-drilled holes for the spoiler like the 00-01's do. You'll have to drill them yourself. I found it best to install the very end bolts and the center one 1, 6 and 11 in Brian's instructions. Then I drilled the holes for the others while the spoiler was in place. The spoiler will make using my Rino-Ramps more challenging though. I'll have to put a block of wood in front of the ramp because now the spoiler makes it too low to just drive up on the ramp. |
