Adjusting Headlights

This is not a mod really, but just some quick info on how to adjust your headlights (on a MY00 at the very least, if not all the RS's). Please feel free to email with any questions. Comments are always welcome.
Let's start out with the left/right aiming of the headlamp. On the inside of the engine compartment on the backside of the headlight assembly, you will see two odd metal plates (circled in red in the above picture) towards the inside edge of the headlight (the edge closest to the grill). Just wiggle these off. Underneath, you will find a hex headed screw with a phillips (+) screwdriver slot in the center. You can probably tell where this is going.... get a phillips head screwdriver, and turn the screw to adjust. Turning clockwise will loosen the screw and aim the lights further out to the edges of the car (counterintuitive, because you are 'in front' of the screw, not 'behind' it). Turn counterclockwise to tighten the screw and pull the beams back closer to the center of the car.
In this photo, you can see (sort of) an odd looking white device with a phillips head screw stuck in it. This device is used to adjust the up/down dip of the beam. By turning the screw clockwise, you are aiming the beam upwards, whereas a turn counterclockwise will lower the beam. The driver side is adjusted in the same fashion.
