Just let it warm up it should be fine.

always let it warm up before drive and boosting only after few km after easy driving

When cold best to start it and drive it straight away to get her up to temp Asap imo but obviously easy for the first few mins , letting her boost makes no difference that's what turbos are for. Lol

10w60 should be fine man ,the 60 refers to its hot operating temperature it just means its more stable at high temps compared with say a 30-40 grade the number before the W is the cold operating temp grade so a ten is good down to -20 where as a 0 or 5 w is good down to -25 heres a chart

i know what it means just was thinking it might be too thick :) as winter is coming and engine temp will be bit lower compare to summer time in same way 60 will be more thick at 100c degree compare to 50

It would make a difference at very low temp so if it is like predicted then it could be as cold as the bad snow a few years ago you may need to change but unless it gets below -10 I wouldn't be worried

Does it not affect how long it takes to get up to operating temperature though dec? For instance you use 5w30 and I use 15w50, would the 5w30 not be up to temp a lot quicker than the 15w50?

as far as I know, 5w can be driven right away, while with 15w in colder temperatures, you should wait a bit longer. 5w will be more liquidy at lower temps, while 15w will be creamy... Thats common sense what I got from all them reads... I usually change oil twice a year, at spring I put 10w at fall, I put 5w...
