I presume, seeing as you didn't mention a car anywhere, that "exhaust" is a euphemism for a body part. In that case I would recommend you see your GP immediately, as advice given on internet forums can be dodgy!!
 
No john, I do belive that you can buy condoms from any local pharmacest these days.
