Sorry to here that lad! I know the feeling! Still if the car is good it might be worth the block from jap performance! They will fit it too, can't remember the price fitted, but you'd know what you have... "Better the devil you know"

If u break it ill be in for a few bits though!
 
Yeah, weighed up the options and i just decided to try move it on and let someone else either break or repair it...time for something maybe a bit more sensible

I wont be breaking myself due to lack of space and garage to do it in
