2.5l swap to my 2l 01 fozz

Just a quick one, has anyone any experience in putting a 2.5 turbo into a 2l turbo fozz? Is it just a case of bolt straight in, an if so does anything else need to be changed like Ecu or anything, dreading the worst this week about the new tapping noise coming from the engine, I done some research an it sounds very like a lifter problem on my left side?

Will drop in but the fueling demands will be different so you will have to map the ecu to suit the extra half a litre engine capacity, possible injector change also

Hmmm ok, il have to spray wat the mechanic reckons, just had it back on the road after the respray so now off it goes again for another while another guy told me get run a bottle of engine flush through it for 15 min, change oil an see how she sounds, might try that first
