Hi Folks would this size tyre be too big for the arches on my Legacy 2004 I have 225 x 40 x 18 at the min but would like to go up one size but don't need rubbing issues any advice cheers.

you wont get away with them john but 225/45/18 should be ok on a legacy

I was thinking of changing my 225/40/18 to 45 on my 05 wrx with sti shocks. Front has lots of room not sure about the rear. Anyone running 45's ?
