3000euro to spend on a car

my friend has 3000euro to spend on a car ,something like a civic sir ,theres plenty of cheap cars like this around with lads stuck for money.
if anyone knows of something nice thats cheap please let me know.

he's 19 and into cars aswell so a civic sir or something like that would suit

Seriously need rid of it quick smart... it's absolutely mint and has only a 1.6 bullet-proof 4AGE which has to be reasonably cheap to insure. Classic insurance on this thing too! :thumbsup:
