3G with O2 Network

Hi, does anyone have O2? I am seriously getting fed up with them, the signal it is absolutely crap, customer service not trained (didn't even knew the customer service land line number), and always the same solutions ...

" please turn your phone off for 10 m .. and that should solve the problem ... " (i have a strong believe that this translate to: I DO NOT WANT TO EAR FROM YOU IN THE NEXT 10 M, JUST F@@K OFF) ANYWAY

I have a IPhone 5 and if anyone have or had the same problems with diferent or same network what have yous done to get it sorted?

cheers

I had a similar problems with O2 and vodafone carp singal and calls dropping. So I left them.
I'm with meteor now and there coverage is alot better and never drop calls.

Also I'm using a iPhone 5.

On meteor I phone 4 never a problem.

Was thinking of changing. Think I will stay where I am

:smokin:

Vodafone probably he best coverage in Ireland with 02 second but they are mighty expensive.

3 are the best value for money imo, with them a year now and good signal everywhere I go. Was with Meteor for 2 years (contracted) prior and coverage was horrendous outside Dublin. Left as soon as the contract was finished, couldn't get a signal in work :argh:

Lads/Ladies,

For anyone interested..it is possible that I could arrange an Affinity deal for ISDC members....basically a serious discount on a great billpay plan and some handsets would be available free aswell, certain T&Cs apply. if you guys wanna gauge interest let me know and Ill see what I can do.

After several calls to custumer service (over +2 hours total) ... And this is what i get:

- "you will need to turn your phone off to reboot the system for 10m" ( asked twice to do this )
- " ... Well it seams that the problem it is in the mast, we will send someone to fix it." ( i am the one that gives access to the communication mast in saggart area, NOBODY CAME... )
- " it seams that your phone hasnt got the latest update, you cam bring to a O2 shop near you and we wil. Be glad to assit you..." ( if i didnt kwen how to update a software i would it kept with a Classic NOKIA)

after going to an APPLE Authorized seller and checked my phone, i got a ALL OK by them so i called back, this was hillarious " sorry sir, you will need deal with our tecnical service dept. an outside store will lose any warranty..."

Seriouly custumer services are no good for nothing in O2
