96 WRX Collin Mcrea edition

A mate of mine has the opertunity to buy the above in what he says looks mint condition.
Im gonna try get a look with him.
They are lookin for 4,000euro but it needs registering.
What do you think?

Was it not 1995 thta mcrae wonthe championship and they produced thesubaru in 1996.

Could be wrong,but the lip on the front isnt original and the grill/bonnet doesnt look like original
