Abandoned WRX?

Was heading along the m9 just before the tunnel where it joins the m7 and caught a glimpse of what looks like a WRX abandoned in the hard shoulder.
i was in the outside lane at the time, so not 100%, but it looked like a 94/95 model, white, no spoiler, no number plates on the front, red mudflaps and i think the rear window was smashed in.
said i would post in here just in case someone had theirs nicked last night/recently
