Advice on picking a the Impreza for me.

Im in the process in looking for a wrx and am not sure what is more bang for my buck.
Mind you im looking for older then 1999 due to funds.
should i try and find the 2.5 or is the 2.2 fine.

are 2 ltr engines,
Unless you fancy a 22B plus a big fat loan
from the credit union.

you can pick up a 99 wrx for about 9k or even less if you look, an sti bout that year will cast a bit more, a 2dr type-r '99 could be around 13 - 15k, thats just from looking at the autotrader though, so in terms of band for your buck, youll have to drop a few years for an sti to get a good price

Thank you well I found a 2.2 but its a 95 impreza and im not sure if its a good deal or 1800 but it has 200000 miles
 
contact Madcap, he would be the best person to ask about older impreza's, most of the imports already have goodies on em.

If that MY95 Scoob has 2.2ltr under it's bonnet it's a new engine or
more likley a new short block. so find out when it was done. ????

And you guys tell me you know your Subarus, thats the new 4.35 litre 2008 replacement for the current model impreza. Its is the most eco friendly car going as it is a "[glow=red,2,300]wind up[/glow]" car. Say goodbye to all those horrible fuel bills. Ok , who wants one?
