just getting something delivered of not great value 38 euros bought on an english site but posted from singapore got a letter from reveune/customs to email them with details of the purchase which i did last week but the item seems to be still in customs and i didnt recieve any reply to my email past history by anyone welcome thanks

Give an post sorting office in Portlaoise a bell and ask for customs.

They might need an invoice from supplier.

Can't imagine charges will be that harsh

Can't see customs being a problem. Say they'll probably charge you VAT on the item and the delivery cost. As said just give them a bell.
