Another what oil question

I have been putting mobil1 10w 40 part synt in my car and was wondering will I change to Mobil1 5w 30 fully synt.

I ask this question because I am in the near future getting mapped with stage one mods

Also which coolant is best to use which is not going to cost to much to buy.

I wouldn't change kieth no need man, full synthetic is very light and not what subaru recommend. and any good coolant mixed 50/50 with water is perfect
