Any one close to Eddie Garry's Waterford?

Lads,

A friend of mine ordered a MY08 STi from Eddie Garry's on the cork road in Waterford weeks ago and is looking for someone that is close to it to drop in and see if the car is in the show room as he thinks they might have it and are not telling him so they can show it for a couple of weeks to get advertise the model car. :dunno:

He lives in Dublin and doesn't want to make the trip down for no reason.

If anyone could have a look and put his mind at rest one way or another please do as he's worse then a child waiting for Santa.

Was up in c&r today the new sti 78k i think :shock: dont stock it only order it in for you.
 
Plus the fact 50% of the 70k ur spending on it is going straight into the goverments pocket. Its only 32k ish euro to buy in the UK
 
was out there today eric no sti :cry: only reason i went out was i wanted to bring one for test drive :D :headbanger: he told me that he was supposed to get one in but he dosnt know where it is his exact words were " ist on a boat somewhere " he then told me that he probably wont be gettin one as its too close to july tax reform hope this helps you, get ur mate to get on the blower to him
 
Had a look tonite, couldn't see any Sti there, what colour has he ordered?
There's a blue one out there with a scoop and gold wheels, maybe someone saw that and said it to your pal, it's not the real deal even though there's an Sti badge on the grille

Saw a black one with sti on the grill but was not close enough to tell if its the real deal.

Did your friend trade???
 
It's a blue one he has ordered and he's trading a mint 06 STi hawk eye model for it.

The Blue one Charra saw is a 2.0 STi replica, It's for sale on carzone.

Maybe " not the real deal " and " couldn't see any Sti there " would have given it away?? :D

He was at the Dublin meet the other night and had heard nothing at that point. He as excited as a big bag of excited things and just cann't wait. He's also worried about the tax deadline but Eddie said he has it registered already so he should be OK. Fingers crossed.
