Any one have a 245/45/18 or 245/40/18 or 235/50/18 lying around??

As above,
It's nct time for the foz, she needs 4 new tyres I have Pirelli P Zero 235/45/18 at the moment
I run 235/40/18 track tyres, but for the road, I just want it to be as comfy as possible,
So thinking higher profile, but Don't want to buy 4 bigger tyres only to find they don't blood fit!
So If anyone has any on the above mentioned size tyres, wear not important, then I would appreciate a lend of one!
