Anyone know where I can get a modification report signed for an nct?

the car has an aftermarket steering wheel and the lads at nct center said that it won't pass without a report.

Just get a oem wheel be alot easier imo

As above, just put an OEM wheel on for the test.

If the wheel is supposed to have an airbag, report or not it won't pass.

I’d just switch before and after test. No airbag racing style wheel won’t do much to save you if a crash were to happen

I though If you fit a NON-AIR bag wheel, and fit a resistor to allow the other airbags to still work and light not illuminate they would pass NCT ?
