hi lads theres a few of us gettin together tomorrow at airside retail park swords at the subaru garage .just for a chat and to go for a good drive.
two of us were just meeting up and then one or two more said theyed come along so we might aswell get a few more and invite everyone.so if theres anyone not doing anything we,ll be there at 2pm :subaru: :subaru: :subaru: :subaru:
 
ive been flu'd out of it for the last week so im going to stay in for the weekend. were yous planning on driving? Belfast?
 
no worries lads, its nothing special, just last min and its always nice to ask,others to come along ,probably just look for a quiet road for abit of laugh,if you know what i mean
 
dont worry dave ill give you a lift at half the rate of a normal taxi 4.50 euro a mile allegedly ha ha

Good stuff Michael.... :thumbsup:Have Chrisw coming with us wit his first SCOOBY,he bought a 93 jap import there on friday,not bad for his first scooby...we finally converted him :D :D :D

report; it was a great day,started off a bit slow as the tarffic didnt agree with us all day,5 of us in total scoobyke ,micheal spec c,luke,chris in his new 93 black wrx(very nice) and myself took a short spin from airside to halfords in coolock as one of the lads needed some bulbs and been so close to mcdonalds next door the lads twisted my arm to go and get a burger. :lol:.so with nothing really planed micheal suguested going to the dublin mountains for a spin .unfortunatly a 3 car pile up on the m50 made the trip a little longer but once we got on to the mountain roads all was forgotten .with the roads a little damp it made for an interesting drive especialy theying to keep up with micheals spec c in front(what a motor).
On another note,scoobyke car has just been remapped by andy forrest, so to see what kind of difference it has made we done a few simple tests,with both cars been uk spec turbos and putting out the same brake (230) on the roolers b4 xmas we tired two runs on the m50 side by side firstly in 4th gear about 2000 rpm and sure enough i pulled away first with the smaller turbo spooling up quicker but then robbys 300 brake caught up and past easly and then the same thing happened in 3rd gear .so money well spent robby fair play.

Yeah must say lads was a bit slow starting out yesterday but big up to micheal for those lovelly roads... :headbanger: :headbanger:class stuff..
