Does/can anyone in Ireland map B4 RSK Legacies, or is it necessary to get a seperate ECUTEK or similar?

Few traders on here do it, when I had one it was mapped by Bob Rawle through STItuning in the traders section, think couture auto do the B4 aswell.
 
No, rang couture today and they said they can't do anything with B4s, bar boost controller, decat, etc, but its a mapping I want moreso. I know Bob is the man but I couldn't quite afford him last time he was over. Heard Joe Poweris good, but dont have any details for him. Will I need an aftermarket ecu to do a remap?
