Beeping noise from car every 2 minutes

Hi,
Can someone please help. I have a 2004 wrx that I have just had serviced and a lot of other work done. Since getting it back the car has been beeping every couple of minutes even with ignition off. It has an aftermarket omega alarm fitted. I figure the connection from the alarm to the battery must be frayed? Would this cause the noise? Thanks in advance for any help.

Could be a fault in the wiring or fob or door not closed properly need to take it yo someone who does omega alarms

What kind of beeping? As Keith said, some alarms have a built in "chirp" or beep to indicate low battery. Either on the car battery or it's backup battery, if it has one.

Its a short beep sounds like its coming from centre console. It goes off for a short beep every couple of minutes even with the ignition off and the alarm on. Could it be the connection to the battery?

My old alarm would do that
Even if the battery in the fob was low if I remember correctly.
