Biggest moth I EVER saw!!!!!

That thing gets in the house he can have it!!! I'd swear it has muscles!!! ( and please excuse the pack of skins to give an idea of the size of it!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: )

THats a bit mad, cause my housmate rang me the other night, she put a glass over this thing which looked like a cockroach, was in the sink and she managed to cover it so it couldnt fly away, but i was away when she rang and said i'd be 20 mins, in the mean time she googled it and it came back as being called a cockchafer, feckin mad yoke, was about 20 mm long and the noise of it was mad too!! crazy time of year!

Just looked this moth up on the net PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH AS THE BITE CAN KILL.
I would be off down the road if that was my gaff ;)
P.S. are they the new gel nails they do look well :D
 
cAREFUL THERE BITE IS VERY QUICK AND INTESE.mAY NOT KILL A HEALTHY HUMAN.KEEP SMALL CHILDREN ,ANMILS AND SQUEMISH PEOPLE AWAY FROM IT.

You can see part of his goggles in thg last picture on the left hand side.

Any chance you could flip it over and take pics of undercarraige.

Oh yeah, i have my scientific hat i now and its actually a poplar Hawk Moth ad its latin name is Laothoe populi :whistle:
