BMW E34 520/525 Automatic Gearbox Wanted

Looking for an automatic gearbox for an e34 520/525.
Does anyone have one that they are willing to part with, or know where there is one?

Gearbox gave up the ghost in the old fella's car and need one asap.

My mate has one sitting on his driveway he's looking to get rid of. It's a 93 520i automatic... that is an E34 isn't it..?

Ya, that'd be an e34 alright.

I'm not looking for the full car as I don't have room for it. Just need the gearbox on its own.
Do you know if he would be willing to break it?

Any idea how much he is looking for the whole car?

Don't want to be annoying him if he is looking to get rid of the car in one go.

Car had it's cylinder head robbed off it there recently while sitting on the driveway... thieving f**ks :angry1: :angry1: :angry1:

It's pretty useless to him now. It would be too difficult to get the gearbox out on the driveway so he is keen to see the whole lot get wheeled away complete... you can then take what you want off it and scrap the rest if you like... otherwise he'll probably just throw a match to it :tongue:

Not sure what how much he wants for the whole car... but defo keen to see the whole thing go... he's a sound fella, so give him a buzz. :thumbsup:
