Bought myself a fresh import version 1 sti Impreza

Bought this in japan a few weeks ago
very rare red version 1 sti
car is fairly standard and in serious condition for its age!
no pics of build plate no were sent but i can make out 69 from the pic
have a set of racing harte wheels for it
otherwise be kept standard
the version 1 sti were the only hand made sti classic so a little special

i was unaware just how rare they were untill after i bought it
was there only 600 made?
batches of 200 at a go?
if anybody has any history on them and colours sold that be great
was suprised to see the big spoiler was standard
it sits a bit funny suspension wise but should be easy sorted

Snow tyres and all on it ha. Looks spotless underneath. I'm new to the Scooby world but is that spoiler not off a rare model impreza? I cannot remember the name of the model but I seen it on here I'll try find it.

I had the same spoiler on my v1 it's comes as standard
It's a pain in the hole as there is a flick in the middle of the spoiler and you can't see a thing out the back window

its a standard version 1 spoiler
that car is a version 1 sti, same as mine
they were made in batch of 100 and 200
i have no pic of build plate number of mine so not sure what batch yet
