Brake disc query

As some of you know I have the front and rear Brembos fitted to my car along with the oversized hand brake shoe. These shoes are causing me a bit of trouble and I'm looking to get some of the rear discs that have a liner pressed in place so the standard hand brake shoe can be used. Does anyone know where I can pick up some of these discs. Or who manufactures this type of disc. I have found some in the USA but I'm looking for closer to home if possible.
