Anybody using sparco/recaro/cobra/OMP seats in their imprezas instead of the original seats? Looking to get a bit more support and the fact that they're leather doesn't help me.
 
Recaro cs seats nearly as good as the S204 seats and a little bit wider . Down side is there not cheap 1200/1600 per set secondhand

. You could go with the older recaro seats but there hard found in good condition .
Best is to get a used wore set for 2/300 and have the recovered in what ever you want be 5/600 for recovering
 
Agreed, I had the CS seats in the megane and they were fab. Thinking of something cheaper to use for runway and trackdays, then invest in something nice as a permanent fixture at the end of the year.

agree that cs recaro are great seat. a bit wider that recaros in the hatch sti. i found i was moulded perfectly in recaro so depends on you're frame.
 
Seats in 204 are porn but too narrow for me [emoji1]

Cs real useable and supportive great seat.

expensive alright but like everything quality u get what u pay for I'd defo consider a set

i've recaros in the hatch, they are fair comfy but you'd want a small arse for them.
i've omp seats in the type r and sparcos in the white yoke. recaros are nice for the road but i way prefer the proper bucket seats, no matter how hard you take a bend you are not going anywhere, especially if you are tracking it

The Sparcos are savage seats... but they are a tight fit. The only reason I'm watching my waste-line these days is so I can continue to get in and out of them :p
 
Fixed bucket seats are great in a track toy or weekend car but not suitable for a daily car if your getting in and out a few times a day

Also an NCT failure if seat can not be adjusted forward and back but rails are a available
