Could be just lighting, but the passenger side looks different shades of blue.

Yeah I know it needs paint as you can see holes in quarter from arches I think. Not worried about paint really

Rear arches look to be poor . I’d be doing a full inspection on it if thinking of buying. Inner strut towers on bugs are a real concern along with arches and sills
