Morning all,

I want to refurb all 4 on my classic Turbo 2000.

Any recommendations on who would do that for me?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Gar,

It's not that hard, I did mine in my old type.r and.im.no Ed China.😂

You can buy refurb kits from dave at RSR , Godspeed, Scoobyworld, Ebay etc .

If you dont fancy doing it RSR in Ireland would do it, scoobyworld do it or just but the kits and any local mechanic will.do it for you, 👍

The only issue is removing the old pistons if they are seized. I use compressed air and an old brake line hooked up to a quick adapter. Just make sure you put some thing in front of the piston so it doesn't go flying.
Watch a few vids on the subject it is really easy.
One tip. Installing new pistons is a two man job. I have trained the Mrs personally.

Thanks a mill for the advice,

Dave (RSR) will be sorting me out with the kits,

I plan to have them sprayed same colour as the wheels (graphite grey) also.

Seen the vids on youtube, seems fairly straight forward 👍 (famous last words 😂)

Good stuff, it's not too hard,

Yeah a great idea to freshen up the paint while they are stripped. Best of luck with it👍
