Calling abroad straight to answering machine?

Lads I would appreciate the help in figuring this out this evening....

I would like to call a young lady in Egypt but I want to go straight to answering machine and leave message. Is it possible because I think it can be done here by inserting a 5 into the number somewhere?

You gotta stick the 5 after the (087) 5 ********

I wouldnt know if that works on foreign numbers.
