I had a 400D before which allowed me to take pics like this with standard lens. Only got to use it a few times so I'd plenty more left to learn so I'd like another and then upgrade the lenses.

Little difference between them and the 350D body?

If anyone has any recommendations on new or second hand I'm all ears but would prefer to stick with Canon as I'm used to them.

Only want to spend €250 - €300 as I'll be selling on/upgrading.

Them photos were up close and by looks edited afterwards.

Any entry dslr will get them results imo

Nikon d3100 or 3200 for example.


Im currently using a d90 but want to go to d7100

Nope no enhancements. I took them from the passenger seat of STI Brian's car in a car park after going through tallaght on a run across the mountains in May 2011. I've no idea how to use photoshop

Picked up a Nikon D3100 during the week. Bit fiddly and not as easy to use as the Canon but build quality feels better IMO. Much nicer ergonomically and the weight balance is good. Will play around with it over Xmas.
