you can build one yourself that can take a gopro for about 300-400 euro. but unless kids are 10+ i wouldnt be buying them a drone as they are as fragile as fook!

Few lads have ones they built them selves up to Phantom drones.

You need a license as well apparently to fly them with video which I heard is expensive

No apparently what happens is you upload to YouTube and whatever shower of cunts do the licensing are able to get your details from YouTube account. Way around it I'm sure .
 
I thought the licencing only applied when doing it for commercial purposes?

I think so but say you use it in Mondello or any car events with the public I think it becomes commercial
