Coilovers

Hey lads,

I have K-Sport coil overs in my car and I think they are set to the hardest setting. I don't have a clue how to adjust them, I have the tool kit in the car, was wondering if anyone would be able to show me?

there should be 4 long alan key things, they should slide down into the centre of the coilover from the top and then adjust it all the way to soft, make sure you set the dampening the same on all coilovers or she might be a handful on the twistys!
