what browser is it? if its firefox sometimes it justs hangs for minutes or becomes unresponsive. make sure your browser is the most up to date one ctrl, alt, del and kill the process

@ nicknack , yeah start menu , or anything else on desktop will open grand , jus wont let me back into a page that has been mininmised

@ dan im a google man,

When dan says broswer he means what application as in are you using Internet explorer or Firefox..doesnt matter either way thats not your problem.

Need more info from you.
I. what operating system?
2. doest this only happen with IE?
Whats the make and model of your laptop?

Firstly go to the icon you use to launch IE..right click go to properties..second tab should be shortcut..half way down it has a drop down menu..make sure this is set to run "normal" and not minimised.
Secondly it could be a projector or display setting for presentations. look for the blue fn key and the dipsply button.
try those first and come back with the rest of the info should be able to sort it

did u try turn it off and back on again? Thats generally the fix for everything according to NTL IT support!
