Cost to rebuild a 3 bed semi in Kilbeggan Co Westmeath.

I'm sure there will be plenty of builders on here will give you accurate figures but I wouldn't expect to be paying more than €100 per sq ft these days, probably substantially less in rural areas.

My mate has just started a new house build, he might add his 2 cents worth to this thread?
 
anywhere from 70 to 120 per square foot depending on who you get being honest but . remember materials havent gone down most went up labour is cheaper now is all.
 
if its only for home insurance purposes John just take a look at simular sized properties in your area that are for sale , what ever seems to be the going rate then add a few thousand for good measure ,
 
Dad's friend is doing builds for €95 a sq ft. Still using his top brand suppliers like Kingspan etc since the boom. Labour rates are down but he's surviving due to keeping his quality standards up.
