Is it worth it lads, they're cheap as chips like to be fair...and like, any cooling a bonus correct?
Or is it all a gimmick and a waste of time..

cylinder 4 does run hotter than the rest.
installing the cylinder 4 cooling mod, will make cylinder 4 run cooler BUT it will make the other 3 cylinders run hotter than they used to.

ive heard as well, which sounds plausible, that cylinder 4 runs hotter, and the knock sensor is conveniently over beside cylinder 4, so cylinder 4 running hotter would technically be better for detecting knock.
as far as ive seen whenever the topic comes up, its personal preference whether you want the piece of mind or not, but imo it sounds like its designed like that for a reason

the cooling channel you tap into as well, is blocked on impreza blocks, but is used on the legacy to run a line to the second turbo, could be wrong on that though
