Diff/Gearbox Oil for MY'05 Spec C

Howdy,

can anyone tell me a suitable oil for a '05 Spec C for diff/gearbox?

I done some research and some people are saying Castrol Syntrax 75W/90. However I noted somebody saying that because there is a mechanical slip diff you need something like Castrol LS for these cars!

Any advice appreciated,
