Was on scoobynet today and seen DIY ic spray. So i took a look it my head light washer motor and it was dead.
SO went in to boot and feed it from there .Bought 3m off flexy pipe. 2ypiece. then up to the scrap yard
got 2 window washers . drilled 2 holes either side of intercooler. The whole job cost me £5 and works 100%.
 
hi mate. good job great upgrade. you can get fine mist spray heads in halfords. they work a lot better than washer jets for cooling the intercooler. might be worthwhile. :thumbsup:

Hey 5door bullet,
Yep you need to spray a fine mist as opposed to
a jet of water. What dose it achive ........ higher boost
due to a denser air /fuel mix..........can't say i've ever really
noticed the differnce though.
