DIY remap by ECU TEK?

Is this a DIY remap by ECU TEK or do you think they get you to run your car with your mods and download the data onto the disc and e mail it to Crawford for tuning? Anyway seems cheap at Eur 525.00 including the map for anyone who might be interested to look into it more but I think I'd still prefer to have Andy Forrest do a live road remap. Maybe this would be handy for someone who cant help tweaking things

BTW the Crawford Performance site has lots of great stuff I'd never heard of before but you'd want deep pockets for a lot if it.

Only a licensed mapper will be allowed to edit the files, he then gives you the files and you flash the ECU yourself in your own time.
The hardware and ROM files will be tied to your car. The advantage is that you can e-mail log files to your preferred mapper, and he can e-mail you back a tweak map based on what he sees in the log files. So you don't have to travel to meet him in person. (But you still have to pay him for each tweak map of course!)

Nice bit of gear, comes with the DeltaDash logging software too. Would like to get one but can't afford it at the mo!
