Does anyone know where this place is

If you rotate the View counterclockwise and zoom too 250% it gives a good clear image.

The front two statues are of
Left Diana the heiress Right Herculies killing a lion,
Coat of arms being held up by 2 Cherubs.
And statue on top of the building is a fella holding up a sword.
 
Would you think palace or University???
Armed guards outside too me would not suggest university, But the man in suit in the middle of the gates and the young lad in the shorts carrien books do???
I'm so lost with it. MUST LOOK AROUND ITALY, See if i can see anythin.

If the statue on the right was Hercules killing a lion, would he not have his arm raised in position so as to strike the lion ??

This is a tough one. I've googled the statue names and come up with nothing of significance.
