Domestic Pump Servicing?

Anyone on here work with domestic water pumps? The hotwater pump in Liz's house is rattling the place down almost everytime the water is run. I haven't had a chance to stick my head up to look at it but its definitely getting worse. I'd like to get it sorted for her before she needs to build an Ark... :lol:
If anyone can offer an helpful advice on what to look for on it I'd appreciate it! :thumbsup:
 
is it the pump in the gas boiler that's banging if it is then it's low water pressure should be around 1.5 2 bar pressure on the clock
