engine issue/question

Apologies if I'm wrong place but the car is.low on power she's revs out at 4000rpm I think it may be in limp mode but I'm not sure. The check engine light is on also so i need to figure out y. Any ideas please and thanks. It's shooting out air as well so there was in a in the resonater pipe but i fixed that so that's sealed again it's better but still not great. I seen the previous owner joined to pipes together for the dump valve so that's where my air leak is I think. Must look in more detail tomo again. I seen a thread here before I joined about limp mode can someone forward it my way please and thanks
 
Also the speedo isn't working how do I fix this is it just a matter of taking the speedo out and checking the wire at the back of it or wat. Please and thanks in advance
 
If v1-2 then speedo not working will place limp or more so fuel cut at 4500 revs.

See what needs replacing

speedo drive in box. Cables. Clocks etc
 
If I take the clock out and check the wire behind and see if that's loose rule that out. Then get dignostic done and wil tel me all hopefully
 
Thanks il look at that. Got engine to run right down the straight perfect 1st to 5th dropped to 4th to check the boost and check engine light came on again any ideas and back to spitting air. Help ????????????

How do I know can u tell me. Got 4 fault codes 45 pressure sensor 24 open short in is valve circuit or 24 is valve stick or 24 idle control malfunction 31 trottle position sensor circuit and 33 veichle speed sensor so at least 33 I know y the speedo isn't working but as for the rest god help me lol. Now to figure out wat each is going to cost me or any idea how to fix them ????????????
 
Anyone know where a person would get sensors for my model subaru in ireland. Subaru ireland said they ain't avaliable here have to get in contact with Japan for price to get them here. Also Anyone know of a 93 for breaking looking for high spoiler and front lip for the bumper. Thanks in advance

if the speedo cable is broke she wont idle,she will run like sh*t,ecu is interconnected to detect speed..i think??

any way thats what happened to my version 4,i replaced the speedo cable,balls of a job but can be done and she ran normal again.

just be very very careful loosening off where the base of the cable is connected into the gearbox,the bolt is plastic and if you break or sheer it off,your foooooked
