fitting turbo timer to gt starlet

hi all my brother wants to know is it difficult to fit a turbo timer to a starlet gt turbo 1995, he is training as a mechanic but dont know how to fit one :dunno:

thought i would ask anyway even though this is a subaru club :D

i got a hks type 0 timer with exact wiring kit for the car it has all the plug in connections any help would be appreciated :thumbsup:
