Fixing boot lock and fitting front side lights.........

As above guys i have to replace both front side light bulbs aa they're blown and this morning i came out to find the rear boot lock hanging out, it seems to have come away from the bar it should be attached to. Is it a circlip that holds it in place?

Cant figure it out, also dont trust myself to take headlights out to replace the bulbs, where do i go to get these stupid problems fixed???

If your anywhere near naas and wanna come down will show you how to do lights.

Might try and look at boot. Wouldn't imagine it just popped out any damage to lock surround?
