Hey lads,

Did anyone ever order from flat4online.co.uk? Thinking of ordering a few bits, just wanted to know if anyone was any experience with them.... :dunno:

Very popular website amongst scooby owners. I have not user them personally but I haven't heard bad things.
 
yeah i have ordered a few bits off them never had any problems :thumbsup:
 
a lad i know ordered a full set of clear lights, heads, sides, indacators and repetors.

he got half them clear and the other half tinted.
thats all i know, but anyone can make a mistake.
 
Tried them once. Parts were very slow to arrive, and then were incorrect, and a bloody nightmare to sort out. They don't have a clue what there selling.

They can take ages to deliver the stuff and keep puting you off, I waited 3 months on a set of STi tail lights and after bombarding Scott with emails and refusing his excuses I got the refund, Do a search for flat4online on Scoobynet. There the most complained about company on there. Dont think he even has a contact number. BUT from what I hear you will always get your stuff and he is honest.

IN fairness they cant get the octane booster wrong. Just looked at your link and it would be worth the wait for 16 Bottles of NF delivered to your door for about €220. I think the going rate here without delivery is €325 for 16 bottles. So more then €105 euro saving :shock:

i've bought loads of stuff off them.
the problem is he doesnt stock anything...
any stuff i got delivered came with the price the company was charging scott(flat4online)....much less then i got charged...
he normally only answers email...phone usually rings out
i have over a grand sterling worth of parts on order since tuesday and got the email this morning to say its on the way.
have never had a problem :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

i got booster from a lad in england
cost me 300 euro for 36 bottles delivered
thats lucas which is great stuff
 
Thats a great price, Cheapest ive seen it was around 8 or 8.50 sterling per bottle.

i bought 600 sterling worth of stuff off them.. i got some of the stuff after 2 weeks and the last parts of da order arrived 2 months later, he was a bit slow.. but all parts seem good quality!! :subaru:
 
Bought STI tail lights the other day off them.

But for stuff like booster,, I'd rather give business to an isdc trader :thumbsup:
 
the only issue I have with them is the length of delivery time, but its worth the wait IMO..
 
Not worth the wait when you organise parts for a customer, they tell you it's going to be 3 days and it turns into a month,,,

Hey lads,

Got an email on Friday to say my stuff has shipped. How long do they normally take to deliver? I got no tracking numbers and they are not replying to emails and not answering the phone lol.................

Customer service is not very good....

@ hiwd how long ago did you buy your stuff off them i bought stuff off them on wednesday but i got no email about shipping only a invoice :?

Hi Mark,

I ordered on Thursday and got an email Friday saying they were shipped... They must only keep certain things in stock. And its impossible to talk to anyone there, email or phone.

I bought my FMIC off them,and never had a prob,thing was deliverd to me with in a week or so.... :thumbsup:
