Flush & Refill coolant system

Well lads I want to flush and refill my coolant system.

Can anybody recommend:

- Best rad flush (presume any will do?)
- Coolant? Was told it has to be green but there is some many different kinds.

Car is a 96 V2 STi.

Any help appreciated!
