Octane Boostaholics
wanted garden / patio designer midlands area, anyone on here or maybe you know of someone
thanks

Jesus would i do that :falldownlaugh:

iirc Sti Brian had a really special garden Designer , special being the important word ,

:argh:

in all fairness Anto , best bet is to see work done by lads local , i know a few lads that would be good but wouldnt make economical sense to drive up to ya ,

The golden pages is your friend , i know its a big book but i'm sure your good wife will lift it for ya

Roadstone in Tallaght have a load of designs beside their car park that you can view and walk around.
All done up with various colours/shapes.
They also have brochures with loads of designs/ideas to copy!

Very cheap too if you buy the stuff off them.

If Thats Belgard your talking about Graham , 100% agree , great selection ,
Alpine paving would be a good design and build firm , just opened a new showroom at the glen of the downs just 10 minutes past the end of the m50 , were pricey iirc but good standard of work

When i was doin mine, (just a small garden) i went up to roadstone as the lads said above, took note/pictures of stuff i liked, got home, rough sketch on paper and just bought the stuff and did it, its not too bad if you have the time, visit a few showrooms and design yourself, then pay someone to construct it!!!

Yeah tommy that's the spot.
Great ideas and they are cheaper than most places.

Copy an idea to the scale you need and any decent builder will do the job for you.
That's what I did anyway

thanks lads was looking at roadstone website and it looks good. its the design/ plans I need as I would do the construction myself. the more designs I see the more confused I get, I don't want to build something and make a balls of it.

Anto have you got team for it, eg Chinese, forestry, modern, etc.

Sorry Anto , i tried to resist

Could do with a few gnomes in the garden myself
To hide amongst
Although I think she'd notice me :hairdresser:

Didn't bother with the gnomes after but here's a pic of what I ended up with, looks better with grass mowed and cushions on chairs but you get the idea. Indian sandstone slabs with quartz walls

Before and after pics
