Gearbox and diff oil change

Just wondering what is the recommended oil and what capacity it takes to do oil change on gearbox oil and diff oils - also is gearbox and diff oil the same ? For a 2004 wrx.

Any advice appreciated thanks.

3-3.5 litre for a gearbox change and 0.9-1 litre for rear diff.

Oil for both is the same 75w90

Sorry to restart the thread but just curious is it an absolute must to use a torque wrench for this or can you semi gauge it using a normal ratchet ? Also what's the correct washer for gearbox and do you have to replace the washer for the rear diff too ?
