Gearbox and left hand drive for 2005 Subaru forester 2.0xt

Really stuck for a gearbox and left hand drive for my 2005 Subaru forester 2.0xt can’t find them anywhere does anyone on here have them or can lead me in the right direction of getting them i tried ali and olly already

Try Matty Baker in UK. He's very cheap on shipping.
Tell him you heard about him through ISDC and he'll look after you, bought LOTS from him

I rang them loads of times actually about that one and a 2003 Subaru forester 2.0xt they took ages to ring back and it says full car for breaking and when i rang your man about the gearbox he said he already asked the other lads and they don’t have a gearbox even tho they do because the full car is for breaking so that’s that option gone too

Olly would deffo have a WRX gearbox above I'd imagine.
I don't know if it fits, or works, or if it's the same, but if someone here can confirm if it's the same, then you may find it much easier to get a WRX gearbox

I was there today, the 2.0 xt is well gutted and was well rough before it ever went in I'd say so even if it has one I'd be wary. the 2.5 is in much better nick and I think the box in those is stronger. I'd seen this message so asked him about the gearbox and he thinks it's still on it and OK, though he wasn't 100% sure (I don't think anyone there is too sure about it) . He was sound though, went to a lot of effort for me today to pull the bits I was after. Definitely worth chasing up.
 
Left and right hand shafts are the same just front and rear are different

You would want to make sure the diff ratio on the new box is the same as your rear diff otherwise you will burst the center diff

Google the gearbox code , will be TY754xxxxx I think
