I think the heal toe is a lot easier than left foot braking.....
The real tricky one when coming into a corner fast...
Start braking using your left foot, but keeping your left foot only on the left half of the brake pedal,
leaving the right half free. When you get close to gear change time, take your right foot off the throttle, and place it on the spare half of the brake pedal, taking the strain of the pedal, to free up your left foot. Then, your right foot should be nicely positioned for Heel & Toe braking, which you now use to for a standard Heel and Toe, downshift, using your now spare left foot for
the clutch.
Once you’ve changed gear, you can now reverse the process, by switching your left foot back onto
the spare side of the brake pedal, then your right foot back on the throttle.
Its hard, but I'm starting to get the hang of it while braking as well as you would with your right foot.......
