So, friend of mine has an MX5 there with about 12 months, his second one. Jap import, Eunos I think they're called.
Sent the car to the UK and got it back during the week.
Touch of Subaru about it

She's now running a TD04, FMIC and a turbo back 3" straight pipe.

Not lying lads. This thing is rapid. 260BHP in a car that size, switchable maps between 220 & 260BHP.
Pops and bangs too lol

He's now upgrading brakes and such, as they are just not up to the task. Handling is pretty good. He's got bigger ARBs and it's on some sort of OEM lower suspension.

Class machine tho.

That's a very cool car. Why you think I kept my td04 in the garage, lol. With a turbo charger kit and some upgrades to the suspension and brakes, they are a very good car for backroads and track. A friend of mine, who was at the last Isdc Track day in a blue Mk2 Mx5, has a supercharged version and it's a weapon on track.

I'd love to get a Mk2 Mx5 and turbocharge it... With a water methanol injection kit[emoji48]
