does anyone know any vrt prices on a pulsar gti-r, years from 91 to 94.
not coming up on the vrt site for me
 
im thinking my misses wont drove a 205 gti and she told me too.
but iv her half convinced on a gti-r, altho i did tell her it was very economical :D.
always wanted one in grey.
 
fancied one meself few years ago but mate of mine who works in a nissan dealership told me stay the fook away from them.......too much trouble
so i did and now i have a scooby :dance: :dance: :dance:
 
what kinda probs??
sure the engine if it was looked after would be fairly buillet proof.

this is the one im half thinking of, change the wheels and that laguna splitter.
 
they have overheating problems
my mate just reckons that you cant trash them much.....the engine is soft
much like any car i suppose...toyota and honda are the exception..

a mate of mine had a 91 gti-r a few years back and he never had any problems with it, i didnt fancy it meself, it didnt fell right into the corners if ya know what i mean :whistle: alot of brown trowser moments....
 
got the vrt working,
on a 92 with 62k miles is 1,200.
well a all i know about nissan was the primera i had...and i gave it fair abuse for ages and it still starts and engine runs perfect last time i checked.
and if a gti-r was anything like it, it shud be fine.
 
love these cars there is a red one around were i live and its savage.

cant go wrong with a gunmetal grey colour in any car.

vrt is a great price also
 
had a hard on for one for a long time, heard to many horror stories about them, was on the gti-r owners club forum for a bit www.gtiroc.com[/but the lads were constantly fixing them and rebuilding engines, savage cars do absolute antichrist to go :shock:
 
Nice car. Almost bought one once but by the time I made my mind up and gave the guy an offer it was already sold..

Friend of mine has a '91 running 450bhp. Engine is fully forged though. It hasnt given him a days trouble.

iv to get my car sorted 1st, thats nearly done. and have herself convinced.
so just to sell it.

il leave it standard, just the wheels to change and a remap if i can.
im not looking for big power out of it.
just to be reliable.

il tell her i can turn the turbo off.
that is the only thing thats is putting me off.
